Since June 2007, Grässlin belongs to the US family-owned company Intermatic. The 116-years-old business counts among the world's leading manufacturers of energy control systems as well as professional lighting. Intermatic Inc. is known as the world's largest producer of time switch technology with more than 4500 employees at 5 locations.
